2014 Dupont Annual Exhibition

Aug 21-23rd ,2014

Our Annual exhibition has produced an outstanding display of our members work. All who have seen it agree that the skill of over 100 of our members continues to grow by leaps and bounds!

This year we had 137 paintings on display. We sold 25 paintings and browsers, an all time record. There were more then 650 visitors who enjoyed the show as well as the tea room which served cakes and refreshments during the show.

The peoples Choice Award was given to Duncan Studholme for his painting, ‘Dawn in Shoreham’.

The runner up was a tie between ‘Practice Makes Perfect’ by Pam Monk, and ‘Rainy Day’ by Sue Taylor.

Our tutor, Carolyn Marsland had the most votes with her Brighton Seafront”

A significant number of paintings in Browsers were sold so members are encouraged to sontinue to submit their unframed work this way.
